Readout of the Second Reading of the business rates multiplier bill

The Non-Domestic Rating (Multipliers and Private Schools) Bill had its second reading in Parliament on 25 November and was voted through to Committee stage. A public bill committee has been established and a call for evidence has been opened, which we will be responding to.
