SRC Briefing on the Resignation of Scotland’s First Minister

Earlier today Humza Yousaf MSP announced he would be resigning as leader of the Scottish National Party, and would only remain as First Minister until a successor was appointed.  The SRC has prepared a short briefing on what this means for retail.
