We hosted a Customer Community Meeting on 25th April about how social commerce is shaping the future of retail. We were joined by Matt Coode and Emily McDermott from OC&C Strategy Consultants who talked about: 

  • How social commerce is shaping the retail landscape, and where we see it adding value (or not) to brands and retailers.
  • Some of the winners in the social commerce space and how people are setting themselves up for success.
  • Views on the future of social commerce and what this might mean for retailers and brands.
