Summary of BNPL regulation proposals and draft BRC consultation response

The Government recently published what seems to be its final consultation on its plans for the FCA to regulate Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products. This will be of interest to retailers who use BNPL, as it will have a significant impact on their BNPL finance providers and on their advertising and promotion of BNPL.
