As the country emerges from what will hopefully be the final COVID-19 lockdown, the biggest question on retailer’s minds is how consumer behaviour will change as we exit current restrictions.

On the 20th of April we heard from experts from the BRC and EY on how this future consumer might behave, drawn from research compiled during the pandemic, as a way to answer that question with distinctive, valuable and actionable insights.

We looked at key aspects of consumer behaviour, including consumption of products, media and social experiences. It's critical information for business leaders, as we move into a critical period for retailers where we need to make the best decisions, based off the best information possible.
