Northern Ireland business calls for regional rate freeze

Northern Ireland Retail Consortium Director, Neil Johnston and the leaders of ten other business organisations have written to the leaders of the five main political parties in Northern Ireland asking them to support their call for the regional rate in Northern Ireland to be frozen.
