The impact of the rules of origin in the UK-EU Trade and Co-operation Agreement (TCA) have been analysed and considered - in terms of what they mean for primary importation of goods into the UK from the EU or beyond, and any subsequent re-exportation of the goods. 

This will have clear implications for supply and distribution chains as well as for retailers cashflow.
