Scottish budget 2024/25 - draft response for member feedback

We’ll be submitting to Ministers and MSPs a short analysis and critique of the Scottish Government’s Budget 2024-25.

This will chiefly cover Scottish income tax, non-domestic rates, and the proposed business rates surtax on food retailers.
