SRC presses Deputy First Minister to ditch business rate surtax on grocers

The SRC met Deputy First Minister/Finance Secretary Shona Robison MSP, Economy Secretary Neil Gray MSP, and Finance Minister Tom Arthur MSP on 17 January to discuss the new grocery surtax (Public Health Supplement) which was included in the Scottish Government’s Budget.
