BRC Member: National Cyber Security Centre Briefing Call on Current Threats Including Malvertising

NCSC officials briefed BRC Technology and Legal Community members on current threats, including malvertising. 

The NCSC shared an outline of vulnerabilities of the retail industry, potential impacts and advice for retailers to say ahead of cybersecurity threats across their operations. 

A key focus of the meeting was malvertising. NCSC has just issued guidance in view of the seriousness of the situation which aims to help advertising partners counter malvertising.
