SRC Briefing on Protection of Workers (Retail and Age-restricted Goods and Services) (Scotland) Bill
On the 19th of January the Scottish Parliament unanimously voted to pass the Protection of Workers (Retail and Age-restricted Goods and Services) (Scotland) Bill at Stage 3. The SRC has prepared a short briefing on the new law.
