The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero has commissioned the Building Stock Lab at University College London to build a National Buildings Database in collaboration with Winning Moves and Verco.

This will include a detailed inventory of all non-domestic building, including where possible information such as the size, age, construction and energy performance of each building. The completed database will be used for research into energy use and carbon emissions to inform government strategy and policy.

As part of this work, Verco is conducting a number of site-based audits of premises and buildings, to assure and qualify the existing data being used to build the database.

You can read more about the benefits of hosting an audit and what’s involved below.
