Our D&I Charter partners, the RPC, are hosting an event this coming Thursday for the launch of How Work Works, Michelle P. King, PH.D latest book. 

The book covers a wide range of topics, such as futureproofing careers, networking effectively, Gen-z perspectives and the role of AI in the future of work.

Dr Michelle P. King is a globally recognized expert on inequality and organizational culture, who believes that we need to learn how workplaces work, so we can make them work for everyone. She a podcaster and the author of the bestselling, award-winning book: The Fix: How to Overcome the Invisible Barriers that are Holding Women Back at Work.

Michelle will host a discussion about her latest book, followed by a panel conversation about the future of work and the next generation of talent coming through. The discussions will include:

  • How can we each prepare for the future at work?
