Comment on draft BRC response to subsidy control consultation - 30/3 deadline

The Government is currently consulting on a replacement regime for the EU's state aid framework. The BRC has drafted a response, for member comment. Any members wishing to comment should send comments to me by COP on Tuesday 30th March.
