Lockdown grants and state aid - BRC seeks urgent clarity

Last week the Government finally published guidance for councils on disbursing the £4,000-9,000 one-off English lockdown grant. However, it left a key question on state aid unanswered and, worse, so vague that we are now seeing different interpretations of applicable state aid limits by different councils.
