D&I Charter Workshop: Trans and Non-Binary Allyship - Meeting Notes
Please find below the meeting notes of the BRC/RPC D&I Charter Workshop – Trans and Non-Binary Inclusion - How To Be a Good Ally, hosted on 06 February 2024.
At our February workshop, signatories met to discuss Trans and Non-Binary Allyship including introducing gender-neutral facilities, adding pronouns to name badges and handling negative responses.
We were joined by Emma Cusdin, Director at Global Butterflies and Katie Horn, DEIB and Responsible Business Manager from the RPC.
These workshops are exclusive to D&I Charter signatories, who have also received a copy of the presentation slides.
