The Low Pay Commission (LPC) has published its annual report for 2023 - please find it below.

The report sets out the evidence and analysis Commissioners relied on in making recommendations to the Government on minimum wage rates to apply from April 2024. The LPC’s rate recommendations were accepted in full by the Government and announced in last November’s Autumn Statement.

On another note, the LPC is planning a number of visits by LPC commissioners, to gather a new round of oral evidence in connection to the National Minimum Wage 2025. This will take place between now and August, across the country with an aim to hear from both employers and workers. Follow this link to find out more.
