SRC Letter to Scottish Government on Covid Strategic Framework

In response to the publication of the Scottish Government's Covid Strategic Framework on the 23rd of February the SRC has written to the Scottish Economy Secretary Fiona Hyslop to explain our initial reflections on the paper.
