The BRC's HR Community was joined by Emma Stewart, Founder of Timewise a flexible working consultancy, helping employers design innovative solutions that attract talented, loyal people and create fair workplaces.
Those who joined the call were given a top level on flexible working and the move to hybrid and what is being seen generally in the market. Emma will also be joining a call on the 17th June to engage in another discussion on hybrid working with your HR Directors.
